How does the 3-day free trial work?
The App Store or Google Play offer includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Check the offer and the first payment date on the purchase sheet before confirming. Your monthly subscription starts automatically afterward unless you cancel before the trial ends (on iPhone, at least 24 hours before). Seven days of card-free discovery already granted by an earlier version remain available until they expire. No new seven-day access is granted.
Where do the clothes in the inspiration looks come from?
They come from online stores. Let Vestly choose real pieces available for sale based on your taste and the season, or paste a link to a site, collection, or item. Each image shows the pieces worn, along with their brand, price, and link. Prices are taken from the sites and may change.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Only the photos you approve are uploaded. They pass through our server while they’re being processed, then they’re deleted. Your images and wardrobe stay on your phone unless you enable optional backup to access them on another device. See our privacy policy for details.
Do I need to create an account?
No, an account is optional. You can sign in with a code sent by email, Google, or Apple on iPhone to restore your access and, if you enable backup, your wardrobe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Does Vestly use advertising tracking tools?
Not without your consent: no advertising tracking takes place without your explicit consent in the app and, on iPhone, iOS tracking permission. Your photos, wardrobe and measurements are never shared for this purpose. Our audience analytics, hosted on our servers, can be turned off anytime in your profile.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. “Delete my data” in the app erases data from your phone and requests its deletion from our servers, including your optional account and backup. You can also email contact@hellovestly.com.
Is there a limit on the number of generations?
During both the trial and a subscription, usage limits help prevent abuse and keep the service available to everyone.
